  • Bring 3 cups of water to a medium heat in a saucepan.
  • Once boiling
  • turn off the heat.
  • Add the honey and lavender oil.
  • Stir everything together and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Pour into a jug with the remaining water and the juice of the lemons
  • Stir with a spoon and refrigerate
  • You can also add some ice cubes to the mixture.
  • Serve and garnish the glasses with sprigs of lavender.
